At LORI-LORI jewelry, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original LORI-LORI gift box and secure it inside a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
